Considering the average size of European rooms, the Best Western had very nice sized rooms but the bathrooms were a bit old. The hotel was conveniently located in a quiet area of Lucerne and was very close to Downtown and Mt. Pilatus (absolutely recommend to do). The hotel had an elevator and the food wasn't bad. more

A small hotel in quiet area but within very easy walking distance of the old town. Friendly helpful staff nothing too much trouble. Stayed for half board - food was excellent - lots of local dishes.
