I have stayed in the Presidential Suite at the Chateau Guetch twice during the past eight years.......Never have I experienced such elegant and beautiful surroundings. I'm reluctant to write this review because I'm afraid I cannot do The Gutsch justice. My husband and I married on top of Mt. Pilatus and we were lucky enough to have our wedding reception at The Gutsch. The coordinators were incredible and they offered us the use of a private room (the Knight Room) which had its own dancefloor... more

When I visited the Chateau I was 18 yrs old and with my high school group. The tour company had made a mistake with our reservations with one of the hotels at the bottom of the hill near the lake or river I think it is and so we got put up at the Chateau Gutsch. Oh my....is all I... more
