Upon arrival in Zermatt we contacted the Mirabeau and they picked us up promptly at the train station in one of the tiny electric buses which are the only motorized vehicles permitted to operate in the village. My husband and I went here for a ski without children and had such a lovel time at the mirabeau. After reading the great reviews, we were terribly disappointed. The room was outdated and we found the staff rude. We were told that the owners would make us feel welcome but we found the opposite. Have never felt less welcome in any hotel. more
