Reception staff were helpful and accommodating - we asked for an extra pillow and 20 coathangers. The hotel is not the most characterful but it's clean, very quiet, modern and 2 minutes' walk from the train station (about 20 minutes' brisk walk to the lake). Buffet breakfast is very limited - they charge you more if you want sliced cheese and meats although these are routinely included in breakfasts in other hotels. more
