Fabulous place, with only minor shortcomings. What puts it above the rest are things like * Restaurant (deserves a Michelin star) * Pool (inside on rooftop) * Reception area, very nicely arranged with woodfire * Location, next door to royal palace Rooms are 'slightly above average'. This hotel is nothing special. It's in a decent location but our room was a basic box with no great amenities. We asked for a quiet room and were put over a parking lot (noisy deliveries at 7AM) near an elevator. No air conditioning, either. No bellman -- the poor girl at reception had to help us with our bags.... more

A wonderful hotel, located right next door to paleis 't Loo (Royal palace). Lots of things to do in Apeldoorn (Apenheul/Monkey Zoo, museum 't Loo, woods and a beautiful city center).
