The hotel was awesome. The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel location isvery convenient to the designer shops and is in the heart of Avenue Louise. Its close to public transport. The only draw back is the wired internet, which is expensive and has limited usage options. This restricts the laptop mobility as you are stuck with the desk... more

This is a fading beauty that could use some sprucing up. We stayed using Hilton Points, and is the only way I would stay here - the nightly rate for a regular room is about $1000 per night! We were left a lovely arrangement of sweets in the room. The breakfast, while substantial, is free to two adults. For our... more

This is a large, luxury hotel with all the facilities you'd expect from a five star chain. I was staying there for work, so was not footing the bill - but if I had, I would have been severely unimpressed. The hotel is very expensive - but the add-ons are even worse. It costs an extra 25 euros to use... more

We selected the Conrad because American Express listed it as one of the top hotels in their Fine Hotels & Resorts 2008 book, but were very dissatisfied. Aside from the nice bar, and an extremely helpful concierge, we weren't impressed. We booked a suite, although how it got that distinction I'm not sure--it was a room with a bed and... more

My wife and I used Hilton HHonors points to book a one night stay at the Conrad Brussels in late June 2008 and found the hotel lovely. Even using points we were upgraded to a larger room, although I'm sure it is because I am a Hilton Diamond member. Still, when using rewards points, it's nice to be upgraded. While... more

You get a sense of grandeur when you arrive at the Conrad in Brussels, if the Mercedes, Porsches, Maseratis et al at the entrance are anything to go by. The foyeur area is huge, very classical design, which is exactly what I like. The front desk service was fast and efficient, while the concierge's recommendation for a restaurant near by... more

I used my Hilton Honor points to stay at this hotel and was upgraded to a very large room. Service was good, employees were very nice however it is about a 30 minute walk from the hotel to the city center. There is a lot to do in the city center and some pretty good shopping. When the taxi driver... more

I stayed here on the first leg of my trip to Europe, and it was amazing. The hotel was bueatiful and located on the Avenue Louise (great shopping district). The room was great, bed was very comfortable, for turn down service they even put slippers out on each side of the bed! The bathroom was all marble and had an... more

This hotel is first class, beautiful and has supreme service. We used Hilton Honors points for our stay and the room was huge with two closets, marbled bath with big tub and separate shower and two queen beds with first quality sheets and towels. The sixth floor has been renovated and was clean and elegant. Breakfast was included with waffles, egg... more

loved the hotel, bit of a walk away from centre of brussels but that did not matter to us, we like walking and accommodation more important to us than location and conrad hotel did not let us down more
