A fabulous location and the staff were outstanding - also shares a lovely pool with sister hotel and we had no problems getting comfortable sun beds and it never felt crowded. Breakfast was very good with substantial selection. The room was large and spotless but the furnishings are dated. more

One of the things that stands out about this hotel is the service. I honestly think that the staff were extremely professional and friendly, and very attentive. Great place, great location....Loved Lisbon!! This hotel is just off the main road and hard to find if you are driving. The fact that it is just off means it is quieter then staying on the main road. We stayed 3 nights at the Tivoli Jardim in May 07. We chose it mainly because the other hotels I favoured were full. However, it proved to be a good choice.
