We had a lovely stay at this hotel in a triple room with a large bathroom. We could walk almost anywhere in the city center and enjoyed being on a pedestrian street filled with great restaurants. more

This hotel had no record of our booking despite me having a fax confirmation of the booking I made. Our party of 6 (incl. 3 children) were left to hang around for 2 hours on a busy Sat night in Lisbon until we found an alternative. This was more expensive and was way out of the centre near the airport,... more

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was very centrally located with all the public transportation to all the areas of the city readily accessible within a less than 5 min walk. It was situated on a boulevard with lots of different restaurants so it made it very easy and convenient to have a well fed dinner before retiring... more

We were a party of 10 in 5 twin rooms. All were big enough with very roomy bathrooms, having bath & shower. Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed as required. Breakfast room pleasant but could get a little busy, choice probably above average for this standard of hotel. Very good lounge with plenty of comfy chairs and travel books to... more

This was my 3rd stay at this centrally located hotel and each time it gets better. Over the last couple of years it has been through a renovation project so that the bedrooms are now refurbished with new carpets and curtains, good beds, pleasant bathrooms and air conditioning. The reception area and lobby has also been made-over with a new... more

Great place to stay, spotless. Felt safe at night going to theater ,out for dinner.or sitting at cafes. This could have made me feel uncomfortable as a single woman alone, not here! more

I loved this hotel!!! It was wonderful. It is in a great location. The room was very, very nice. Nice furniture. Shower stall, no tub. Elevator. Everything was nice, from the lobby, to the stairs, with tiled walls. Wake-up calls worked perfectly. Nice breakfast. Cold cuts w/ cheese, etc. Help yourself style in a nice dining room. Plenty of coffee,... more

The location for this hotel is very goog! A walking distance from almost everything and if you're not into walking, buses and metro is near. There are a lot of nice restaurants near the hotel, which is nice, but if your window is facing the street, it might be a good idea to have your earplugs with you incase you... more

The location of this place is great. Close to Rossio and Restaurados metro stations. Within walking distance of the shops of Baixa and the bars of Barrio Alto. The positives: The hotel is clean, rooms that we stayed in (two different ones) were very large, one even had a separate "living room", so more like mini apartments. They are slightly... more

We had a big room and big toilet- there were 3 of us in the family. Hotel male desk staff do not smile much. Not good in providing tourist tips how to move around lisbon. This could be quite a problem because people do not speak much english. We looked for tram 28 and got different directions. There were no... more
