We loved the Schubertring. It's in the perfect location for touring, the gentleman at the reception desk was very kind and helpful and the room was very comfortable. LOCATION: The Schubertring is located on the Ringstrasse in the heart of the city center (1 block away from the Grand and Imperial Hotels). ACCOMODATION: Our beautifully decorated triple room (3 twins)... more

I recently returned from a three night stay at the Hotel am Schubertring and was very satisfied with the experience. The hotel is conveniently located on the main Ring strasse in Vienna -- it's an easy walk to the old town, the Hofburg palace and the Stadt Park U-bahn station. It's also easily accessible from the Landstrasse Wein-Mitte station where... more

We booked the two room suite and asked for a quiet non smoking room. We are a family of 5 and obviously need bigger accomodations. The rooms were reached through a bit of a maze, but overall we were not disappointed; the finishings were a bit tired, but the bathrooms were spotless and looked recently renovated. Hotel also arranged shuttle... more

Well from the other reviews I wonder if we stayed in the same hotel. We arrived in the evening and the hotel's half lit up neon sign did not seem like a good omen. The reception staff were very sullen and sat there smoking, the guy who showed us to our family room was rather creepy. We did not feel... more

My husband and I stayed for three nights; we arrived very late due to a freak ice storm which shut down the trains, and the desk staff was so kind and considerate, very sympathetic. The location is a dream, walkable to the entire downtown, and in a busy but surprisingly quiet location. Our room was down a long and bendy... more

I chose the Am Schubertring based on reviews posted here, and booked directly from the hotel's website. At 149 Euros per night, we were extremely pleased. On booking, I had written a request for the nicest superior double room available. Upon our arrival, we were thrilled to discover that the hotel had indeed arranged that for us! We were given... more

I've read top list hotels in tripadvisor.com and decided Am Schubertring and I'm pleased to say that I'm very satisfied. The position of the hotel in unbelievable. Opera Building is 5-minutes walk (it should be 300mt). The rooms are clean, the breakfast is amazing. The price was 149€ room/night. In the elevator you have 2 buttons:) One is for rooms,... more

We picked this hotel for our stay in Vienna from recommendations from other Tripadvisor travelers. It was exactly as described: a smaller hotel in the center of Vienna with modern, clean rooms, a friendly staff and a delicious free breakfast every morning. We really enjoyed our stay and would return to stay here. They do charge you for internet access... more

Enjoyed a marvelous stay in August. The location could not be better. Room was spacious, very clean. The included breakfast was a treat to look forward to each day. We had cocktails each evening on their outside front patio watching the world go by. Tram stop across street. It could not have been better. Cheers. more

My wife and I eschew pricey chain hotels in favor of smaller, private establishments. Thus, when we sought out accomodations in Vienna, we researched a number of possibilities in depth. In the end, we selected the HOTEL AM SCHUBERTRING. Indeed, our choice revealed an OUTSTANDING hotel situated in one of the best locations in Vienna. Our price for a double... more
