The staff is fantastic! There are 2 computers for use at no charge. The room itself was clean however, if you plan to stay there bring kleenex, washcloths and do not be larger than 5'7" tall and do not weigh more than 180 lbs. The stall shower is miniscule. The hotel is within reasonable walking distance of the central train station. It's clean, comfortable, and laid out in a practical way in the rooms.
