Well situated in a pleasant, leafy area with amenities within easy walking distance. Rooms very clean and tidy and adequate ensuite. Good value for money. Breakfast great and super fast service by very friendly, helpful hosts. Would stay again and would recommend. more

An excellent , charming guesthouse,and comfortable. Recently stayed at this guest house. Maeve and Tim were very friendly and welcoming to us. The rooms were a good size and very clean. Maeve's local knowledge of places to go and places to eat was second to none. I really cannot recommend this guest house enough. We'll definitely be coming back. more

We have just stayed at Agar House for 6 days, it's a really lovely guest house, exceptionally clean, welcoming and in an excellent location , just a stones throw away from the centre of Llandudno. Agar House is situated in a very central location in Llandudno - within walking distance of the station, shopping area and new retail parc. Stayed with wife and 2 kids and loved it. From the friendly hosts, the superb breakfast (could survive a day on that) and the clean, tidy rooms we enjoyed the stay here very much. The owners were kid friendly and had lots of advise to give us one where to go on day trips. Very recommended. more
