Having just been there, i have to say that virtually everything was perfect. The room was extremely comfortable with the bed at 7' x 6'. The staff were courteous and friendly and the food was terrific - they've just been awarded their first rosette. I'll definitely be going again more

The Best Western website has the hotel at Ipswich Road which made our GPS take us far into the countryside. It is Old Ipswich Road! Nothing particular at all about this hotel. Stayed in this hotel with wife &2 other couples. Football & shopping weekend. Superb location just off A14 3 miles from Ipswich. Staff & accomodation excellent. Breakfast quality. I have stayed here many times with business. The rooms and bathrooms are all of a high standard. (of the six I have stayed in) The hands down winner about this hotel is the food , Chef and team do a fantastic job and the evening meal is always spot on. The hotel was easy to find with a large car park. Large clean rooms freshly decorated airy and bright. Modern bathroom with bath and excellent shower, nice mirror too. Flat screen t.v. Stayed here as my usual hotel in the area was full, easy to find and decor good both in rooms and common areas.
