From start to finish nothing was too much trouble! We had a spacious room and the bathroom had been recently refurbished to a high standard. Yes, this place has certainly gone downhill. When we last stayed, we couldn't fault it. Our return this year was a disaster: abysmal service, poor food and the atmosphere was unfriendly to say the least. We certainly wouldn't recommend Hintlesham Hall. more

Having had my wedding at this Hotel, we couldn't fault the wedding co-ordinators and the waiting staff. However, the management of the hotel is very poor as is their customer service.
