Visited relatives in the area and stayed two nights at the Coach & Horses on Kew Green. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Stayed four nights while doing ancestry research at the National Archives. Features we liked: 1) no-smoking throughout hotel, including pub, 2) clean room, 3) friendly staff.
