The first problem was the location - surely there was something closer to Venice? Buses only run every 2 hours on a Sunday - so we walked a fair bit of it. Also, no-one seems to know where it is! They do not honor your reservation if they do not want. Very conveniently, they simply can not find your reservation. Your voucher or confirmation letter or anything which can guarantee your stay would be completely useless. This hotel should be excluded from the internet hotel business. more

We had booked two larger rooms but on arrival found that half the hotel had flooded and we would have to be swapped to a much smaller room. Club hotel gave us great value (less than £50 per night). The reception staff were very helpful & spoke good English. Our room was at the front and had a very good sized balcony from which you could see the bus stop for transport into Venice- buses every half hour and a 20 min journey time into Piazza Roma-it's best... more

Well situated hotel set in a quite area despite the main road in front. Easy access to both Mestre and Venice city centres. Room was comfortable and spacious with a mini bar and en-suite.
