Stayed for 4 nights half board. Pleasant foyer and spa area. Rooms clean and food reasonable. Would suggest avoiding fondue night unless you are fond of loud and banal music. Owners pleasant but not the most informed about such essentials as the detailed working of the ski bus service. Would definitely stay in Samoens again though not sure about Neige... more

We stayed in the self catering apartments at the hotel with our children aged 5 and 10 years. Our room (no 56) was south facing and had sunshine all day. Excellent views of the mountains from the balcony. Room was clean and well appointed except for the kitchen which only had two hot plates and a microwave to cook with.... more
