Do not believe what you have read before, apart from the setting which was superb hotel and facilities were brilliant. We had a great week here in April 2006. The hotel was kept spotlessly clean, the food was good and the staff were very efficient and helpful. It was certainly one of the best Crystal run hotels we have stayed at. The manager and deputy Kevin and Jodie did a good job. more
