Check-in time advertised as 2pm. Our rooms were not ready until 4pm on the day we arrived! In the meantime we had to sit in the Bar/Grill and buy drinks and food. Rooms were always clean. I took my disabled mother to Belfast to see my son and his family. The hotel was lovely with excellent disabled access, ample parking and the food in the restaraunt was fabulous. Breakfast was a joy and the bar was also very accommodating for mum. We would certainly stay there again. more
