First lets state that this really is a Dining experience first and a hotel second...think B&B not fancy resort. The food here is inventive, original and very well presented. My husband & I have previously dined at numerous michelin "starred" restaurants and were therefore greatly looking forward to our 2 night stay at this 3 star graded restaurant.
