I have returned from a week in Malta staying at the Golden Tulip hotel. While there was nothing wrong with the hotel i would not class it as A 4* Hotel. Nice hotel but if you book a room in the back street you will be annoyed from the noise. Especialy in the night hours where the pubs are open the place is like a jungle. 15-16 year old drunk kids yelling and screaming till late midnight..
