This is a nice hostel, which could do really well however the staff and management are running it to the ground. Having left our original hostel in Cairns after 3 days in filth, we booked into the Northern Greenhouse where we were blown away. The standard of the rooms was extremely high, (ours had a private bathroom), and the staff were friendly and efficient. Even the pool was immaculate!
