I stayed at the President Apartments in June 2008 in a 2 bedroom apartment on the10th floor. Let's start with the positives. The views were fantastic, the master bedroom had large windows that looked out on the ocean which was lovely to wake up to. The apartment had a fairly large balcony and great views from every window. i stayed here for 5 nights recently with 3 other adults and 4 kids in a 4 bedroom penthouse apartment. it was on 2 floors with 1 bedroom upstairs with loungeroom and kitchen, 3 bedrooms downstairs with laundry and sitting area. it was clean and modern. pricing was fair. location was perfect, right on Surfers Paradise Beach and 2 mins... more
