We were planning to stay in Hahndorf in the Adelaide Hills but stupidly, we didn't book anything and there were 4 weddings in town so everything was completely booked. I stayed here as all my normal Adelaide accomodations were booked out. This was one of only a few places in Adelaide with rooms left. I paid a ridiculously low rate and was pleasantly surprised. Ahhh, we should have know better.... This place really is a "road side stop over" style accomodation. Shame, it could be a paradise close to the freeway. We had 2 rooms-the guys/kids got the fancy room (go figure!) and we arrived at 8:45am breakfast the next day (against a 9am cutoff!) and was told that a cooked breakfast was now... more
