Great Location, and has a old world charm. But definately needing a fresh-up, and matteress was tattered, worn and badly needed replacing. Street noise depite sound-proofing. When we stepped in the hotel suite, our initial comment was "this is bigger than our apartment!" This olde world charm hotel is great, both central, quiet and close to alot of attractions that Melbourne has to offer.
