Unfortunately we stayed here for 5 nights. When we arrived we found they had started renovations. The jack hammer started before 0800 hrs and could be heard throughout the hotel. No, really.....is THIS a Hyatt? It has the logo on the building yet inside it's a tired and worn hotel. Totally agree that this hotel is far below what is expected of an international 5 star hotel. The hotel is so dated and really needs a make-over. There is a pool and sauna. It is a good 10-15 min walk into the city centre. Spend your money elsewhere! more
