This is a well sited hotel near the centre of Perth. The front of house staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was reasonably clean. However, there were a lot of small things which need addressed and cumulatively make this very much a 3 star hotel. Two pieces of furniture in my executive room were in need of repair.... more
