This accommodation did not comply with the description provided by Quest that it was "New Refurbished", was in poor condition and was not a 4-star hotel as claimed. Stayed for 2 nights (thankfully). Main corridors on floors in desperate need of a make over. 2 bed apt was overall a bit grubby. No travel cot in apt (as requested at time of booking). Views were great from 13th floor. Reception absolutely awful - arrived after driving down from Taihape, no humans at reception, talked to none-too-friendly voice on intercom, enduring the shocking weather, very windy and cold, at 6.30pm. We stayed at a number of Quest owned apartments throughout our 3 weeks in NZ, including one in Auckland and one in Taupo. This one, on the Terrace in Wellington, was by far the worst of them all (including the non-Quest ones!)
