We stopped for one night at the Te Anau top 10 Holiday Park and got a room in their new Matai Lodge, just across the road from the main Holiday Park complex. We stayed at this park for two nights - my husband and I staying in our campervan and my parents staying in an ensuite cabin. We had a very nice stay. We arrived in Te Anau in the xmas period and we struggled to find accommodation. We arrived at the Top 10 Holiday Park expecting it to be full but were lucky enought to get a cabin for a night. The cabins at the Top 10 Holiday Park are nice and clean. Restroom/shower facilities are excellent - always clean and lots of hot water. Dennis the manager went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. I highly recommend staying at this park and avoiding the crowds of Queenstown. more
