Fantastic accomodations and friendly, knowledgable hosts highlighted our stay at Glacial Rock. What surpassed our expectations was the helpful advice and suggestions that were provided from Dion and Janelle even before we arrived in NZ- over phone and internet. We stayed at Glacial Rock cottages on a recommendation of another farmstay location which had no accommodation available. It was a wonderful choice for our family of 4 (2 children 12 & 15). What a wonderful place to stay while in Te Anau! The cottages are very clean and cozy and the view from the back deck is amazing. And the view of the stars from here - brightest I've ever seen any where. We were able to walk through the farm, in with the sheep and cows, and feed the baby sheep... more
