This is a truly lovely boutique bed and breakfast. On a quiet street but only a few blocks from the centre of Bathurst. Our host met us on arrival, allowed us to choose from the available rooms, made us a cup of tea and booked a restaurant for us for dinner. We would throughly recommend this beautiful old Bishops Lodge Estate, tastfully decorated with antiques and crystal! Christine is a lovely hostess that will provide an exceptional culinary experience for dinner, on request. Well worth staying, but note that your well equipped bathroom is down the hallway from the stunning bedrooms - which I wasn't sure about but with the atmosphere... more
