The bad: The rack rate did not include car parking at $4 per day out the front of the accommodation in an open public car park (not secure). Why don't they include this in the room rate? We had booked a regular waterfront room and on arrival it was quite nice but we asked about balconies so we changed to the suite. Room 302, comfortable modern furnishings, great view over the river harbour, central and easy to everything. Helpful and pleasant staff. All in all a great place. more

We arrived at this hotel expecting to find a normal room but were astonished to find not a room but a fully equipped, brand new luxury apartment.
