Can I start by saying, please do not let this hotel turn you off a Novotel hotel, we have stayed in lots, and the Palm Cove one is the only one that has fallen below standards. Booked a 2BR apartment for 5 nights/6 days with friends. Arrived and check-in was fine and room was nice.
