We have just visited Seastar Apartments again this year. Everything was great. Jo & Gary are still very friendly and helpful. The Apartment was very clean, the views of course were spectacular as ever. The pool has had a major refit and it looks fabulous. We will probably make this our annual escape from the NZ winter. We have just returned from the most amazing holiday in Australia! Our first port of call was Airlie Beach where we stayed at Seastar in a gorgeous apartment. We arranged for transfers before we left the UK with Jo, and Gary came to pick up us. This was excellent and really good value, and helped us get our bearings quickly.... more

We found the Sea star apartments to be very comfortable with great views. However having chosen the Sea Star due to photos showing the lovely infinity pool we were a little dissapointed to find when we arrived that the pool area although still in use ( at some brief times during the day ) was being renovated and undergoing tiling... more

We stayed in Sea Star Apartments for 5 nights - the apartments were fantastic, great space, really clean, fresh and a great view. The bed was very comfortable. There are two things that make you go “wow” when you walk through the door of the apartment. First thing – “wow, look at the space”, second thing – “wow look at the view”. The apartment is huge – separate dining/living area, big kitchen. The kitchen has more utensils, pots and pans, glasses, cups than I have in my own... more

When we first went into the apartment we were very pleasantly surprised with the amount of space (seperate lounge, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, bedroom, walk in wardrobe and shower room with his and hers sinks). These apartments are fabulous, we arrived after a 700km journey from Cairns. Staff were very nice to us, the apartment was clean, comfortable and had the most fantastic views. each of us had our own bathroom and bedroom if 2 staying. We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying for 5! more

These apartments are absolutely fantastic! The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful with our lost baggage problems. They gave awesome recommendations for the tours we attended, and they booked them for free. Every room has a breathtaking view and either 2 or 3 bedrooms.
