Only able to spend 1 night in this wonderful location but certainly recommend it for people wanting a great sea view, private rooms and friendly hosts. A short stroll to Airlie Beach shops and restaurants, the B&B overlooks the harbour and islands of the Whitsundays. The wine and cheese on arriving was unexpected, but a lovely way to settle in.... more

My daughter and I stayed there in April for a week in the blue (dolphin) room. We loved every minute of it! The view is magnificent, the room and breakfast are perfect and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The first night we arrived a little late and wanted to go to the centre of Airlie Beach for a... more

Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Complimentary wine and cheese plate served up on our arrival. Stayed in the blue "Dolphin" room for 4 nights. Decor a little dark for us, but a large and comfortable bed. Bathroom facilites all worked well (but no room for a door!). Lovely semi-private deck outside for breakfast, reading, evenings, etc, with extensive views over... more

We found this place on a wet February afternoon having driven from Brisbane. The hostess couldn't have been more helpful, and the complimentary cheese platter & wine was very welcome! We stayed in the purple room overlooking the whitsundays. Awesome. One of the best things was when the kookaburras came for their evening nibbles. Absolutely amazing. Would definately recommend and... more

Myaura is definitely one of the best places to stay in Airlie Beach and we loved every minute. The rooms are nice and clean, there is a big balcony and the view is great. Lesley and Alan are very friendly people and helped us as much as they could. The first evening we received a delicious plate with cheese and... more

We stayed for 1 night, following our sailing trip on the Alexander Stewart in the Whitsundays. We booked the night here based on the reviews on Tripadvisor and we were not disapointed. Both Lesley and Alan were extremely friendly....Alan spotted us making our way up the hill with baggage and drove down to pick us up! While Lesley booked our... more

We stayed for 2 nights, both before and after our sailing trip in the Whitsundays. The room was very comfortable and clean and quiet with an amazing view, with only a short walk to the center of town. We were treated to a lovely cheese plate and wine upon our arrival. However, all of these bonuses were secondary to the... more

If your host knows he will be out of town when you are due to stay the least he can do is make sure the place is porperly looked after and maybe even have the courtesy to let you know he will be absent. When we arrived at 6pm, albeit about an hour earlier than we had said we'd come,... more

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights either side of our trip to the Whitsunday Islands - and what a great place to stay. I'd heard Airlie Beach can be pretty lively with the constant flow of backpackers and was therefore keen to find somewhere away from the main street and little more peaceful. Myaura met... more
