I have stayed at the seamark on first a couple of times over the last couple of years. I came back and stayed here in 2008 and it has rapidly gone down hill. I was given an apartment with huge pile of dirt on the balcony (so I couldn't use the balcony) that turned to mud after rain. I went... more

We stayed at the Seamark Resort in a 2-bedroom unit in December 2005. We had a wonderful stay - we were on level 10 so the ocean views were magnificent, breakfast on the front balcony was a daily enjoyment...and so close to the beach! Stayed at Seamark on First for 5-nights in December 2005. I booked using BlueHolidays by Virgin Blue, who offered a holiday package including flights and accomodation that was around $100/person cheeper than booking flights and hotel independently!.
