We had a piano playing above our room until 2 am. We called reception and they did nothing except being rude. We found out during the breakfast that most guests were very unhappy and they told us terrible experiences: lost luggage, lack of security, dirty rooms. We were even lucky!!. more

This hotel is within easy walking distance of Wenceslas Square and about 20 mins walk from Old Town Square. I am over my prime and found the walk well within my limited abilities!
