Having a Platinum Card of Starwood I normally get a suite upgrade, free breakfast, free lounge access etc. At the Westin - which belongs to Starwood - I got nothing at all, even for the internet I had to pay (even I was told that it's free). Stayed at the Westin while in Warsaw on business. The hotel is a perfect sanctuary in the not so charming Warsaw. Extreemly helpful staff, nice interiour, good breakfast buffet and very nice rooms with a great coffee maker... Only 10 minutes on foot from the Culture Palace. more

this hotel has great staff!!! the reception staff are very friendly. Concierges and cleaners do their job properly. Bar staff - excellent and with great sense of humour. the atmosphere in the hotel - very nice, quiet. Rooms were just fantastic - try their Westin shower :o) I like the lift with the view over the city. more
