This so-called 4-star hotel certainly does not conduct itself as such. For our entire stay, (5 days) one of the two tiny elevators in the hotel was out of order. Also, there were several maintenance items in my room that I asked to be attended to (light not working, heat problems, plumbing issues) that were never addressed during our stay.... more

Me and my partner plus my friend and his wife returned back from this hotel yesterday. We had a great time. The hotel was in an ideal location about a 5 min walk from St Stephens sq an 2 mins from Fashion St. The hotel itself was very well presented and rooms were nice.
