We stayed for 2 nights at the Fiesta in September. The best thing about the hotel is the position. It is very central for metro stations, open top bus tour, opera etc and near to lots of restaurants/bars etc. The hotel itself felt rather faceless. The rooms were large and, whilst perfectly clean and comfortable, felt bland. The shower cubicle... more

First off this is my first trip to what I would call Eastern Europe and in general has proved to be a bit of a disappointment. First impressions upon arriving at the Domina were that it looked much better than I was expecting. The reception was clean and spacious with a large open plan area which is used as a... more

Reasonably priced hotel (c.£70 per room inc. breakfast) in very good location with easy walk to Deak Ter transport interchange, St. Stephens Cathedral, main synagogue and the Opera House. Clean, comfortable, air-conditioned and generally in good condition, though some maintenance work needed (showers especially, in both rooms we’ve stayed in, and lifts very slow). Many (all?) of rooms on 4th... more

Similar problem to "billokay" was told their as extensive flooding on the 3rd and 4th floors and that we where being told we were moving. When I said i didn`t believe him and asked to see the room he said he could not . I refused to move as I had already pay over the odds for this 4* hotel... more

I had booked 6 rooms at this hotel for 14 on us, but when we arrived were told that the rooms had been flooded so we would have to move to another hotel. This seemed unlikely that all 6 rooms would be flooded so we asked to see one of these rooms. The management refused this request, so we decided... more

This so-called 4-star hotel certainly does not conduct itself as such. For our entire stay, (5 days) one of the two tiny elevators in the hotel was out of order. Also, there were several maintenance items in my room that I asked to be attended to (light not working, heat problems, plumbing issues) that were never addressed during our stay.... more

An OK hotel rather short on any aethetics and almost institutional with long windowless corridors painted yellow with liittle to break them up. When I asked why I had a kettle and cups but no coffee/tea I was told I had been upgraded and therefore wasn't entitled to any! Not how to impress a customer. Location is good for the... more

well I give above average for this hotel, because it has wonderful breakfast:) I mean its such a variety of dishes, this is amazing:) but I got the room with two double beds, that were actually very small, so it was a bit inconvenient for me to sleep there they also have a strange door locking system, you have to... more

I always find it interesting staying in a hotel with previous mixed reviews: I tend to be more open-minded and I can honestly say I had a very good experience. The Hotel is located approximately three minutes from the underground, five minutes from St Stephen's Basilica and Fashion Street and about 15 minutes walk from the Danube and the House... more

Me and my partner plus my friend and his wife returned back from this hotel yesterday. We had a great time. The hotel was in an ideal location about a 5 min walk from St Stephens sq an 2 mins from Fashion St. The hotel itself was very well presented and rooms were nice. Breakfast here was lovely as well.... more
