“Beware of telephone charges”

The hotel is undergoing major reconstruction. There is no Atrium presently. Very noisy, and had to manuever between construction material to get to my room. I made several emegency telephone calls to my traval insurance company in the US. Husband was in the hospital and needed emergency evacuation from Lithuania. The Atrium Hotel is very centrally located in the old part of Vilnius in a pedestrian street with many restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly.
