Desk staff was unimpressive when we checked in always busy and not helpful. No nice greeting Security lock on door was broken. Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of street noise on Saturday night. I stayed here for 5 days in January. The neighborhood is filled with panhandlers and less than friendly folks. The building has no security besides your room door.
