I agree wiith other reviwers, definitely not a 4 star property. I stayed there just after the Spitzer fiasco and now know for sure that the former Gov. must have had a few nuts loose. Stayed here for a conference. Hotel service and food was great. Room was quiet. Energy efficient heater rattled on and off (mostly off). Don't you hate hotels that let you set the temperature but actually only provide 70 degree air (in the winter). The staff is friendly and the lobby is nice but this hotel is old and the standard rooms are too small. Bathroom was tiny. I had to bend down in the shower to wash my hair.
