The hospitality is very bad. The manager is very rude, 1-800 calls from the hotel aren't free and they are very expensive, the room is dirty, the bed is full of hair,we had to change the sheets at 8:00 in the evening. We were VERY lucky and got one of the 15 free parking spaces at the hotel. Parking is down the alleyway beside the hotel.
