The staff here was exceedingly kind, very courteous and knowledgeable. They lived and knew the area, so gave good restaurant and attraction information. However, they did not seem to know their clientele and hotel well. I was given a choice of rooms, and said poolside sounded great, but worried about noise at night. My 3 kids would love being close... more
