This hotel is amazing. It's beautifully furnished with a mixture of traditional morrocan and 1930s ephemera, and the rooms are arranged around 2 very picturesque courtyards. (One with a small plunge pool). It feels special but relaxed, and the staff are excellent. (They can arrange transport to and from the airport, and day trips with a driver at a reasonable... more

I have just returned from a long weekend away with my two best gal pals to Marrakech. We wanted the Riad experience and after much research decided on Riad Malika because of its location in the Medina, the funky retro decor (we took the Junior Suite - very spacious even for three and entirely reasonable at approx. £150 per night)... more

We stayed here for 7 nights in May and will definately be going back. The riad is very reasonably priced and is such a nice little place, it feels really homey. It is an oasis and yes it might be in a 'dodgy' area but most riads are and we never felt threatened walking around and it's only a 5-10... more

We stayed for 3 days after Easter following a recommendation from a friend. Riad Malika is an oasis in the madness that is Marrakesh. It is perfect with lots of places to retreat and relax so you never feel like you are on top of other people. There are a couple of roof decks, a central lush courtyard, another courtyard... more

I went with 6 girlfriends on a 'rugby widows' tour for 5 nights. We were sightly worried about having to pay via bank transfers in advance as we could not use credit cards but once we arrived and found out that the riad existed (I was concerned we had sent money abroad and had no where to stay!) we were... more

This is a fairly cool art deco style place with some fantastic features, but overall we found it a bit of a let down. Reasons to come here: Amazing dining room based around a very cool old style swimming pool (photos included) Cool spacious rooms Reasons not to stay here: In a very unimpressive part of town, and impossible to... more

We spent 8 nights there at the end of October/ beginning of November and loved every minute. The riad was incredibly stylish and really comfortable. As this is a riad and not a hotel, we didn't expect the staff to be so readily available, but they were - they were always forthcoming and would promptly bring mint tea up to... more

We stayed for 3 nights at Riad Malika in June 2006. I would recommend it quite highly. The best part of the stay is the service. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful and speak a variety of languages, including English. Some of the staff really went out of their way to help us: they booked other accomodation for us,... more

LOCATION - 5 Hotel is in the northern part of the medina, 15 min walk from Djemma el Fna. There are some public parking areas nearby. ROOMS - 5 Rooms are simply great: spacious, wonderfully decorated (art deco style), each different from the other, some have private terraces or balconies and most offer a view on the green courtyard. Try... more
