Staff generally very friendly, caring and helpful. We arrived early and could already get into our room at 1100. Location very convenient for shopping (10 minutes) and town centre (15 minutes walk). This is the worst accomodation I have ever stayed in. Tiny room with cheap fittings, broken floor and wall tiles, scruffy bathroom, paper thin towels, colllapsed mattress , no hot water etc etc. When I complained the staff were extremely pleasant and offered me another room which I never took as it wasn't much better.
