Best bang for your buck at this hotel. For a small hotel, it has great amenities and the service is impeccable. My friend who recommended me this hotel stays at this hotel every time he visits Taipei. I stayed in a double room at this hotel during Dec 26-31, 2008. Taiwan's Boutique version of a hotel. If you prefer small hotels with a hip flavor, then this one is a good choice. The location is central to all the shopping in taipei and very close to the MRT. This was the 2nd time that we stayed at the Royal Palace hotel in Taipei. We stayed a total of 5 nights and had an awesome time! If you are expecting a 5 star hotel, then this isn't for you.
