Rooms are clean, service not bad, just that they say that the supermarket is 5 mins walk away but then to us, it seems like 15 mins. (oh man, the traffic!) Bathroom is clean too. Overall, satisfied ^^ more

Stayed here in June 08. Rooms are good but the neighborhood is scary. We walked outside with our children and rushed back in and took taxi's when we wanted to visit the sights in Bangkok. So many friends told us that Thailand was a safe place to visit. We did not feel safe with so many homeless people outside the... more

After leaving my small hotel in Vietnam, I was really excited to be staying in The Twin Towers. At first impression of its large foyer and beautiful image, I thought it would make for a wonderful experience. HOWEVER, the first night I stayed there, I saw 2 cockroaches in the bathroom, scuttling away when I turned on the light. Later... more

We (Group of 6) were suppose to enjoy our Virgin 4 days 3 Nights trip to Bangkok & Pattaya. Our 1st night was rather OK, or should I said due to our tiredness, we manage to have a good night sleep. We checked out & stayed in Pattaya for 1 Night and we returned the night after. We were greeted... more

Though our stay in Bangkok is not that successful because of the many scammers outside (i.e. temples. tuktuks, taxis), one thing that we really enjoyed is our hotel. We chose the "Splendid Value Package" which already includes accomodation in a Superior Room, daily American breakfast, 1 complimentary dinner, complimentary welcome drinks and fruits and 1 free daily tuktuk ride. The... more

Driving towards the hotel is a bit discouraging, as the outside looks rather dirty. Once in the lobby, the impression is much different. Large, attractive lobby. Very lively. Friendly reception staff. I received a free upgrade from superior to suite. 2 rooms, very large, plus balcony on the 11th floor (Executive Floor). The room was slightly worn, but so are... more

Contrary to the other posts, we had a great stay at Twin Towers! Okay, so the rooms aren't ultra modern, but they are still large and functional and more than adequate. The staff were great from our experience at all levels. Rooms were cleaned well everyday. The bar serve great cocktails and we thought the breakfast was fantastic, full buffet... more

The hotel is not too bad but you will get a shock when u see the exterior of the hotel coz it looks very run down but once inside the main hall, is a different experience. The room is spacious, although the view is not very nice but we managed to see fireworks on our first nite there. The staff... more
