Rooms are old and worn out..service is from some alien world..and staff is very rude and nasty.. My main purpose in going to Bangkok is to shop, shop and shop some more. Baiyoke suite is the best hotel to stay in for that matter. Located at the heart of Prattunam, all the cheapest clothes shops are right there as you step out of the hotel. You'd be surprised how much and how far 100USD can get you.... more

The staff are all very friendly and polite. Full of young staff maning the reception. The room is a bit old though. Room Is very big, almost 55 m2. But the furniture in the room is quite old, i think all the suit rooms was decorated over 7 years ago. Thats why the furniture is scratching and looks old.
