great hotel - said on website 15 mins from city cemtre. This is really not true. It was at least a 30 minute taxi ride which is very cheap in Thailand but can be a pain as the drivers like to take scenic route. Hotel itself very nice and clean, big rooms and very cheap. If you dont mind getting... more

Booked into this hotel for just one night, and found the staff rather rude and impolite. I found it extremely difficult to communicate with the receptionist as she spoke very little English. I paid for a Superior Queen Size room, and what i actually got was a standard double - when i requested a room change, they did not understand... more

after staying in another hotel in bangkok for around the same price, ibis was really good for the price. very easy to grab a taxi to the city. love the street food around the area. the room is not big, i didn't plan to hang out in the room anyways. the only thing was that our bathroom smell a bit... more

I stayed here on seperate occasions having booked through the hotels web site, which offered superior rates to any online agent. A short cab ride when you avoid peak times and under 200 baht from the airport. Check-in is smooth, and reception staff were always really friendly and helpful. The room is not huge, but it's fine for 2 people.... more

This was a clean and nice hotel, and since Ibis is part of the Accor Group, the hotel did meet a minimum standard of cleanliness and decor. The location, however, is way out there. I had to take a cab everytime I wanted to go somewhere. The service wasn't bad but nothing to rave about, and neither was the free... more

It is a good budget accommodation, good for stopovers as it is a bit far from the city and not to far from the airport. The staff was unhelpful, particularly when we checked in and out. They advertise at reception that they organize taxis when we try to organize one to the airport the reception staff refused to do so,... more

I would never stay in an Ibis for a holiday but as my hubby and I were just stopping over in Bangkok before flying out the next day it seemed a good idea. We paid about 40US or so for a suite room which I really think is worth while. I wouldnt stay in an ibis without a king bed... more

We needed two overnights between several flights in/out of Bangkok. Using the Accor and/or Ibis website, we could book a VERY cheap non-refundable rate. It takes about 15-20 minutes by taxi from the airport. I would make sure to take the hotel name and address with you, even if written in English, so you can repeat it to the taxi... more

Nice staff, but hotel was a bit disjointed, (pool and gym were in another hotel), I was put in a very small room with virtually no window, breakfasts were geared to Asian tastes but staff went to pains supply my requests. In the middle of 2 large shopping malls with cheap eateries, and the night markets outside made it an... more
