typical of a 70s holiday inn room,clean 2 queen beds,tv,fridge ,24 hr coffee shop/restaurant that serve s good quality inexpensive food....staff are exceptionally courteous...overnight guests welcomed on deposit of ID card air conditioning worked 24 hrs a day...good pool and lounge area and all that for approx $20.00 a day...will definitely stay there again more

Despite having made a reservation months in advance, reconfirming more than once (including on the morning of our arrival date!), we were informed upon arrival that there were no rooms available. We were left high and dry in Bangkok on a Saturday night with no place to stay. If you make a reservation at this place, you may be screwed... more

Stayed again at this place and it is still a good value for the money. Underground is about 10 minutes walking distance, parking is for free and pool is relaxing. Stayed every other year from 1972.Not a family hotel. Can be noisy in the corridors. Air con usually works if not say, and they will transfer you.24 hour caffe is excelent, food allways good and cheap. Check your bills, not crooks but overworked. Be advised that having a confirmed reservation at this hotel does not mean you will stay here. I booked a room more than a month in advance and confirmed two days ahead of time. They confirmed and asked what time I would arrive. I said 7:30 or 8:00. arrived at 7:30 on the nose. They said we have no rooms.... more

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in Bangkok since it was close to a friend's house. I have stayed in cheap and 5 star hotels and this hotel was very acceptable with nice smiling staff and excellent location. It had a 24 hour coffeeshop that was buzzing late into the night.
